1.Acceptance of Terms

2.Account Registration & Eligibility

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 333bte to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.
